Jennifer Gioia PsyD ABSNP MS/MA
Dr. Gioia is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey. She has a broad range of experience conducting evaluations and providing therapy in both school and private practice settings.
Education, Clinical Experience, and Advanced Training
Dr. Gioia earned her PsyD in School Psychology at St. John’s University in 2014, a Master of Science in School Psychology in 2010 from St. John’s University, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from New York University in 2007, and she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New York, College at Oneonta.
In 2021, Dr. Gioia completed a comprehensive post-doctoral program in School Neuropsychology, earning Diplomate status with the American Board of School Neuropsychology (ABSNP). She is certified as a School Psychologist in New Jersey and New York.
In 2023, Dr. Gioia completed training for the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation System (ADOS 2).
Dr. Gioia has served on the Child Study Team in both public and private school settings in Bergen County and in New York. She also has several years of experience providing individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
In 2019, Dr. Gioia joined the staff at DC Fagan Psychological Services, LLC providing a broad range of assessments for ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and executive functioning.
